Josephine was a truly genuine and classy lady, who will be sorely missed by so many people who knew her and her fun-loving, life-loving, happy nature. She always had a smile for everyone, and radiated such positive energy.
Jo is remembered by a lucky handful of ladies who got to enjoy cross-border shopping trips with her, as she was a great fashion advisor and would stalk out great bargains, not just for herself, but for everyone else too. We all remember her, for her collection of dozens of jackets, and who knew how many pairs of shoes. I once had the opportunity to see her “store” in the basement of the Moszynski home. She kept everything and was honestly able to say that she could still fit into everything she’d ever owned. Not a feat, to which many of us can lay claim.
Jo also had great culinary talent and was not afraid to experiment with new recipes on her guests. But her creations always turned out perfectly and she presented them that way as well. Her skills did not stop there, as she was very skilled at hosting as well. We were made to feel special when we dined at her table.
We will all miss her kindness, thoughtfulness, and expressed appreciation of her family and friends. Jacek, Angelis, Jillian and your families, take comfort in knowing that we all share your grief
.
Rest peacefully, Jo.
