Born in London, Ontario, his first position as a licenced director was in Iroquois Falls, Ontario and he has also worked in Bobcaygeon and Niagara Falls. Dale, along with his wife Lori purchased the funeral home in 1996. They, along with their daughter Nicole have lived in Cambridge since that time. He is currently a member of the Ontario Funeral Service Association and Central Ontario Funeral Directors Association. Dale has obtained his commercial pilots licence and also enjoys riding his motorcycle through Canada and the United States.
